1. After receiving the test monitor, why do I need to connect the charger to turn it on? If the power is disconnected, the test monitor turns off.
For the safety reasons during transport, the battery is disconnected from the test monitor. Before turning on, please connect the battery cable by opening the rear cover.
2. What are the three network ports on the test monitor?
LAN port:Ethernet interface (Network port) for connecting network cameras, PoE switches etc. Also used as the test monitor’s PoE power output port.
PSE IN port:POE Voltage measurement interface used for connecting PoE/PSE switches.
UTP/SCAN port:Used for cable testing and cable tracing functions.
3. Can I restore the test monitor to factory settings?
Enter the settings of the test monitor, scroll down to find the factory default option, select this. This will undo any user configurations including app installs and files created.
